Yoga Classes

Lisa offers 60-minute yoga classes. Each class begins with a grounding practice that invites participants to arrive fully in the present moment and connect with the breath. From there, the practice unfolds into a carefully designed yoga sequence, supporting participants in moving with awareness, settling into the body, and experiencing the wisdom held within each posture.

Each session closes with a guided meditation and a gratitude practice, offering space for stillness, and integration. These classes are designed as an invitation into moving the body and quieting the mind.

Breathwork Ceremonies

Lisa facilitates 1.5-hour Breathwork Ceremonies. Each ceremony begins with a gentle, accessible yoga practice to ground and prepare the body, followed by a 3-Part Active Breathwork journey.

The experience opens with an introduction to breathwork, honouring the breath as a powerful gateway to awareness and transformation. From here, participants are invited into embodied movement and then guided to turn inward, softening into presence and allowing the breath to become the teacher. Supported by the rhythm and intelligence of their own breathing, with a thoughtfully curated playlist, participants are encouraged to surrender to the wisdom of their breath and body and explore their inner landscape.

This offering is created for those drawn to deepen their relationship with self, gently shift longstanding patterns, and enter into a more conscious connection with their inner experience.

Customized Wellness Workshops

Lisa facilitates group wellness workshops for a variety of settings, including hockey teams, teen groups, corporate gatherings, and school communities.

Each workshop is an invitation to pause, arrive, and reconnect. Lisa weaves together practical mindfulness techniques and wellness skills, and sessions may include a yoga practice to support grounding and presence. These offerings are designed to cultivate awareness, regulation, and inner steadiness, while supporting participants in navigating the rhythms and stressors of everyday life with greater ease and clarity.

Sessions are 2 hours in length and can be thoughtfully tailored to the unique needs and intentions of each group.
